§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

   and is effective from 01.07.2024.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – request to fill out a survey or answer several questions regarding service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.

If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but afterwards information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. contract execution, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). §3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software companies and teleinformatics system maintainers with whom we have relevant contracts. These contracts include data processing and confidentiality rules. This data is not shared and none of these companies has the right to process data in any way other than specified in the contract. Your data, if the company has access to it, may be processed solely for the proper provision of services.
